-Due to liability reasons, we are unable to offer pick-up or delivery of donations. All donated items must be dropped off at our facility.

-Please call ahead to (423) 926-1171, ext. 5300 to speak with the Voluntary Service Department before dropping off your donation. This will allow us to provide you with specific instructions on where to take your donation when you arrive at our facility.
