Job Description

LC Medical PLLC is hiring a Social Media Coordinator / Personal Assistant to join our team! We are a rapidly growing aesthetic medicine practice with locations in NYC and Long Island. As our Social Media Coordinator / Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for helping us grow our online presence by creating and managing content across all social media platforms. In addition to social media duties, you will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and greeting patients. If you are a self-starter with excellent written and communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

We are a small but growing medical practice in need of an extra set of hands! The perfect candidate for this position will be a detail-oriented self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills. As our Social Media Coordinator / Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

-Helping to draft and schedule social media content (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
-Engaging with patients and potential patients online
-Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
-Running errands as needed
-performing light office duties as needed (filing, scanning, etc.)

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in social media management and/or customer service, and must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Medical Terminology is a plus but not required.
