The type of plan you are enrolled in will affect your monthly premium and co-payments, as well as your coverage for dental services. All UCare Medical Assistance plans cover preventive dental services for adults and children, but coverage for other dental services varies by plan.

Basic members have no monthly premium and a $4 co-payment for office visits, but there is a $25 annual deductible for all other services. Dental services are subject to a 20% coinsurance after the deductible is met. Standard members have a $10 monthly premium and no deductible or co-payment for office visits.
