JFK Medical Center offers a financial assistance program to help patients with the cost of their care. The program provides discounts to patients who meet certain income and other guidelines. How the program works

What are the other terms and conditions of the financial assistance program?

JFK Medical Center’s Financial Assistance Program is available to patients who are residents of the United States and whose income is at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. JFK Medical Center will provide care for eligible patients without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, disability or status as a veteran.

To be eligible for the program, patients must provide proof of residency and income. Patients will be asked to complete a JFK Medical Center Financial Assistance Application and provide supporting documentation. JFK Medical Center will review each application and determine if the patient qualifies for assistance. Patients who qualify for assistance will be offered a discount on their bill based on their income and family size.
