The admissions requirements for the Medical Assistant program at FVTC

To be eligible for the Medical Assistant Program at Fox Valley Technical College, you must:
-Be a high school graduate or have completed a GED
-Have a 2.5 GPA or higher in your most recent high school or college courses
-Obtain a C or better in required courses, which include English Composition and Introductory Psychology
-Submit official high school and/or college transcripts as well as ACT or SAT scores if you have not completed at least 12 credits of college coursework
-Complete an interview with the program coordinator
-Complete a health screening, including proof of immunizations, Tuberculosis testing, and health insurance
