Medical Assistants work under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals to perform a variety of tasks, including taking medical histories, recording vital signs, preparing patients for examination, assisting with procedures, and giving instructions to patients on follow-up care.
The Red Cross Medical Assistant program provides students with the knowledge and skills they need to be successful in this demanding field. Our curriculum is designed by medical professionals and meets or exceeds the standards set by the National Healthcare Association. Upon completion of the program, students will be prepared to sit for the Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) exam.

The Eligibility Requirements for the Red Cross Medical Assistant Program
To be eligible for the Red Cross Medical Assistant program, you must:
