Login to your Cigna account

Log in to your account on the Cigna website. You will need to have your login information handy, which should have been emailed to you when you signed up for your policy. If you can’t find your login information, you can click the “Forgot Username or Password?” link on the login page to retrieve it.

Once you’re logged in, click on the “My Policy” tab. This will bring up your policy information, including your policy number.

Click on the “Cancel Policy” button. You will be asked to confirm that you want to cancel your policy. Once you confirm, your policy will be cancelled and you will no longer be covered.
