-Not have insurance coverage that would pay for all or part of the bill

If you meet these qualifications, you may be eligible for either complete or partial financial assistance. Complete financial assistance means that you will not be responsible for paying any part of your bill. Partial financial assistance means that you will be responsible for paying a portion of your bill, based on a sliding scale.
