All of the online trainings in TRAMS use the Flash plug-in for playback. You need to have the Flash plug-in (Version 9 or higher) installed in order to view the online trainings and have your activity within them recorded by TRAMS. If you have Flash installed, you will see a small spinning circle below.
If you don't see the spinning circle and are using Internet Explorer, you may need to allow Internet Explorer to download and install the Flash plug-in.
If you are at work and running Internet Explorer, you may need to get a network administrator's permission to install the Flash plug-in.
If you don't see the spinning circle and are using another Web browser (Firefox, Safari), you will need to go to Adobe's Web site and download and install the Flash-plug in.
Please be sure that your computer meets the technical requirements listed below before beginning a module.

The course includes streaming video content. If your computer is on a network that blocks streaming video, please use a computer in a different location for this course.
