Check Adobe Acrobat Version

To check and see if you already have the correct version of the Adobe (Acrobat) Reader installed, try opening this file. If you can see the pictures and text in the file, you have the correct version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed and do not need to install a new version.

Downloading and installing plug-ins is very straightforward. Just follow the instructions in the tutorials, or, failing that, just download the installer applications and accept all the default options presented to you.

If you need the Adobe (Acrobat) Reader plug-in, follow this tutorial

Note: If you are taking this course on your computer where you work, it is very possible that you do not have the clearance level needed to install software or alter your computer's configuration. We recommend that you contact your work computer's technical department before beginning.
